Armed with firsthand learning alongside the world's pioneer in shrimp disease, Prof. Donald Lightner, and research experience at The University of Arizona, she understands that disease is one of the greatest challenges to pond productivity.
Through CeKolam, Sidrotun Naim brings a science-based approach to help farmers maintain shrimp health, improve harvest success, and support the growth of a stronger and more sustainable Indonesian shrimp industry.

Nusantics's journey began in 2020 with a focus on how the microbiome shapes human health. When COVID-19 emerged, our focus shifted toward making molecular diagnostics more widely accessible.
The Founding of Nusantics
Nusantics, supported by East Ventures, helped make COVID-19 PCR testing more accessible by collaborating with Biofarma. Since then, we have shifted toward developing precision molecular diagnostics.
Bringing Aquaculture Diagnostics
CeKolam’s initial step began with the launch of the ShrimProtect PCR detection kit to enable faster and more accurate disease identification.
Opening of the CeKolam Laboratory
